與228有關的黨產：新北中和南勢角工廠

南勢角工廠原為「臺灣窒素工業株式會社」，其常務取締役 堀內金城 在戰後留在台灣擔任技術人員，卻在228事件後失蹤。
臺灣窒素工業株式會社後來被被省營工礦公司接收成為「南勢角工廠」，卻在沒有議會監督情形下硬是賣給黨營事業齊魯企業公司，出售爭議詳見史料故事。
南勢角工廠現為停車場（位於新北市興南路二段），土地產權仍為齊魯公司旗下子公司持有。齊魯公司現為中央投資公司之子公司，黨產會於105年認定中央投資公司股權為中國國民黨不當取得財產，命移轉為國有。全案訴訟中。
