這裡有一批人力好便宜 臺南竹子門農場

日治時期國產「竹子門農場」，戰後由台南縣政府接收，卻又透過「轉帳撥用」，成為國民黨台南縣黨部代管的「黨營事業」。
土地放租給佃農，租金由縣黨部收取。除了收租，另外再開墾造林（經費由農復會核銷），人力由國防部提供軍事犯服「監外勞役」幫忙農場業務，收益同樣歸黨部。
要地？轉帳撥用。
要錢？核銷經費。
要人？調用犯人。
收益？歸給黨用。
這個集國家資源於一身的竹子門農場後來賣掉，收入成為了國民黨的不當黨產之一。
黨產會於2017年做出追徵處分，跟梅屋敷旅館一樣包含在「轉帳撥用」的8.6億處分裡面，本案現在於法院訴訟中。
