日產戲院的波紋

臺北真善美、臺南真善美、屏東戲院你去過嗎？這些電影院的前身最早是日治時期的「#日產戲院」。國民政府來台後，一開始是由地方政府接收當地的日產戲院，之後則由「臺灣省長官公署宣傳委員會」統籌接管事宜，但一轉手，竟然就交給 #中國國民黨 臺灣省黨部接收了。
這個「#國庫通黨庫」的情況令電影劇院公會成員無法接受。因為在光復初期，許多戲院都是停擺的狀態，公會成員花了很多力氣要讓戲院恢復營運。政府宣委會在剛接收時，也准許原先保管戲院的公會成員有優先承租權，只是沒想到，竟然轉手就到了中國國民黨手中。
於是電影劇院公會在1947年2月27日在民報上刊登了〈#日產戲院的波紋〉這則聲明，表示「此次本省日產戲院，移由省部接管，似乎不顧舊承租同業過去之勞績，被消租者消租......似此誠非民主國家的作風」。
而在這則聲明發出的隔天，就發生了臺灣歷史上悲痛的「二二八事件」。事件爆發後，電劇公會理事長、也是刊登這一則聲明的民報社長 #林茂生 隨後失蹤，未曾尋獲。
