你說的捐是怎麼捐

勞軍捐 是「進口結匯勞軍附捐／附徵」的簡稱，從民國47年開始，進口外匯每結匯1美元，就要捐新台幣5角給婦聯會跟軍友社。
各工商業公會會在每年的會員大會中通過捐獻案，雖然說好聽是「捐」，但這筆款項其實在銀行進口結匯時就直接收取，所以即便在大會中有反對捐獻的聲音，但錢早就被強制捐出去，反對也沒有用。 在解嚴、臺灣走向民主化之後，各地公會開始對於這種「假捐獻真強制」的勞軍捐款有所不滿，而紛紛拒繳、或自行決議停止繳納，勞軍捐也終於在1989年7月停止徵收。
但是！即便勞軍捐已經停止徵收，婦聯會竟在1991年發函給台灣省進出口公會，提到1987與1988的捐款「迄未撥付本會」，但「勞軍活動，仍賡續進行中」，要請公會撥付這兩年的款項！
公文發出去後，過了一個禮拜，婦聯會發函給公會again（就是再催一次的意思啦），並在文中提到「請於閣下任期內撥清，以免移交後更生枝節」。 原來勞軍捐從來不是用捐的，拿不到還可以發函催繳啊！
