被檢肅匪諜條例牽拖到裝備掉光已經很難過了，沒想到裝還被黨營事業撿走就更哀傷了。
曾經是火柴生產之冠的臺灣火柴公司，其總經理王則甫於1950年因匪諜案被判入獄（依促轉會的轉型正義資料庫紀錄，王則甫最後被判七年有期徒刑），他所持有的臺火股份也遭沒收，但原應沒收給國有的股份，卻轉讓給了黨營事業——裕台企業公司。這不僅成為了黨營事業的轉機，也為黨部的利益添上了一筆。
